1: Check Windows registry related to Error 1603 and repair them if required.
2: Perform a Full Malware Scan of Your computer.
3: Using the Disk Cleanup (cleanmgr), clean out all of your system junk (Temporary Files and Folders).
4: Update Device Drivers on your PC.
5: Undo” Recent System Changes using Windows System Restore.
6: Uninstall the McAfee VirusScan Program related to Error 1603 and reinstall McAfee VirusScan Program again.
7: Run Windows System File Checker (“sfc /scannow”).
8: Install all available Windows Updates.
9: If above steps doesn’t work, time to perform a Clean Installation of Windows.
